Vinyl Custom Printed Adhesive Sticker

Vinyl adhesive logo sticker will add a real touch for your product. This NO minimum order sticker can be individually cut into the letter, shape, image or size as required, so you can have your own logo and simply peel and apply it onto the tin or gift box packaging. It will have the embossed finish as printing on the surface.

Printing On Our Stock Box

We can also do printing onto our stock gift boxes, this is easy and we have below methods to print:

Bespoke gift box

If you would like a fully customised box from size to printing, we can definitely help your packaging project from the scratch.

We will be able to print your design onto this tin as we have the available tin moulds for this specific tin. If the height of the tin is too high we will be able to reduce this if needed, however, the length and width cannot be adjusted. We have 3 available options for tin full customisation with different order quantities. 

Option 1- Personalised Printing on Our Off-the-shelf Tins 

• We can print your logo or design on a flat lid or base, not inside or side. 

• It will be printed by screen printing or UV flat printing depending on the artwork in single or full colour. 

• Leadtime is 15-20 working days after the artwork is confirmed. Contact us if you need to place an urgent order.

• MOQ is 100pcs. If the order quantity is more than 3000 pieces, you may consider our option 2.

How it works:

1. Email us your enquiry with product code to info@ldpackaging.co.uk or click on enquiry and quote on the product page. 

2. We will send our quotation after receiving all the information needed within 1 working day.

3. Visual mock-up can be made if required, only when the quotation is approved. 

4. We can make a printed sample for an extra cost for proof. The cost of the sample will  be refunded when you place a bulk order with us.

Option 2 - Fully Customised Printing ( CMYK offset printing)

We also have CMYK offset printing as an option, the process of this print is that the artwork will be directly printed onto a sheet of tin plate first and then we transform it into tins by using our existing moulds. The whole tin box can be printed from  inside and out as required with CMYK offset printing. 

• MOQ is 3000 pcs by using CMYK offset  printing. If MOQ is unachievable, you may consider option 1 (Printing on off the shelf tins) or option 3 (Group buying)

How it works:

2. We will send our quotation after receiving all the information needed within 1-2 working days. 

3. A cutter guide will be sent to you after our quotation is agreed. One of our team members will follow up on your project.

4. We can make a printed sample for an extra cost for proof. The cost of the sample will  be refunded when you place a bulk order with us. Leadtime for sample making is 15-20 days. 

5. Bulk order will be processed once samples are approved. 

Option 3 - Fully Customised Printing ( CMYK offset printing) with 'Group Buying'

We understand how difficult it can be to achieve an MOQ of 3000pcs for option 2, and it may not be realistic for certain projects. Therefore, we have come up with a solution and that is the group buying method where you can achieve the MOQ with other clients together. For example, there are 3 clients who want CMYK printing with their own artwork onto the same tins, then with the group buying solution, each client would only need to to order 800-1000pcs rather than 3000pcs on their own. 

• This option is to help clients who need fully customised printing with smaller order quantity and lower costs. 

• It might take longer than option 2 as we need to wait for clients' orders to achieve the total MOQ. 

How it works:

1. Email us your enquiry with product code to info@ldpackaging.co.uk or click on enquiry and quote on the product page. 

2. There will be a specific MOQ and tin mould for group printing. So if the total MOQ is 3000pcs for CMYK printing and your order quantity is 800pcs, then we will wait for 2200pcs from other clients  to be ordered. As soon as 3000pcs is reached, we will send the quotation for each client in this group. 

3. A cutter guide will be sent to you after our quotation is agreed. One of our team members will follow up on your project.

5. Bulk order will be processed once samples are approved and each client has approved the quotation.
