Boxes were delivered quickly and are great quality. However, we have been trying to get in touch as we needed to return and reorder another size. We have had no response to our return request on the portal, several emails or the contact form we submitted via the website.

I bought this box to hold tickets for my daughters birthday surprise. She had a stranger things theme and I needed a black gift box. Was over the moon to see I could also get it with a red ribbon to for the red and black theme! He’s very well made and strong. Will keep it for other things now too.
