Option 1 - Personalised Printing on Our Off-the-shelf Tins

We can print your logo or design on a flat lid or base, not inside or side. It will be printed by screen printing or UV flat printing depending on the artwork, in single or full colour.

How it works:

1. Email us your enquiry with product code to info@ldpackaging.co.uk or click on enquiry and quote on the product page.
2. We will send our quotation after receiving all the information needed within 1 working day.
3. Visual mock-up can be made if required, only when the quotation is approved.
4. We can make a printed sample for an extra cost for proof. The cost of the sample will be refunded when you place a bulk order with us.

Option 2 - Fully Customised Printing (CMYK Offset Printing)

We also have CMYK offset printing as an option. The process of this print is that the artwork will be directly printed onto a sheet of tin plate first and then we transform it into tins by using our existing moulds. The whole tin box can be printed from inside and out as required with CMYK offset printing.

How it works:

2. We will send our quotation after receiving all the information needed within 1–2 working days.
3. A cutter guide will be sent to you after our quotation is agreed. One of our team members will follow up on your project.
4. We can make a printed sample for an extra cost for proof. The cost of the sample will be refunded when you place a bulk order with us. Lead time for sample making is 15–20 days.
5. Bulk order will be processed once samples are approved.

Option 3 - Fully Customised Printing with “Group Buying”

We understand how difficult it can be to achieve an MOQ of 3000 pcs for Option 2, and it may not be realistic for certain projects. Therefore, we have come up with a solution: the group buying method where you can achieve the MOQ with other clients together.

For example, if 3 clients want CMYK printing with their own artwork onto the same tins, then with the group buying solution, each client would only need to order 800–1000 pcs rather than 3000 pcs on their own.

This option is to help clients who need fully customised printing with smaller order quantity and lower costs. It might take longer than Option 2 as we need to wait for clients’ orders to achieve the total MOQ.

How it works:

1. Email us your enquiry with product code to info@ldpackaging.co.uk or click on enquiry and quote on the product page.
2. There will be a specific MOQ and tin mould for group printing. For example, if the total MOQ is 3000 pcs for CMYK printing and your order quantity is 800 pcs, we will wait for 2200 pcs from other clients to be ordered. As soon as 3000 pcs is reached, we will send the quotation for each client in this group.
3. A cutter guide will be sent to you after our quotation is agreed. One of our team members will follow up on your project.
