Can I choose a specific colour or box design?
No — the Style Preference selector (Bold & Dark, Soft & Pastels, Vivid & Glam, Classic & Neutral) guides the overall tone of your bundle, but the exact colours, finishes and patterns are selected at random from our current stock. If you need a guaranteed specific design, please shop our individual gift box collections instead.
What size are the boxes in the Mystery Bundle?
Boxes in this bundle are classed as "large" and will generally fall within approximately 25–32cm on the longest side. As sizes are selected at random from current stock, we can't guarantee exact dimensions, and both boxes may be the same size or different sizes from each other.
Can I return a Mystery Bundle if I don't like the colours?
No — Blind Box / Mystery Bundle items are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, as the whole product is based on a random selection. However, we'll always replace or refund a bundle that arrives damaged or faulty.
Are ribbons, tissue paper or inserts included?
No — this bundle includes empty gift packaging boxes only. Ribbons, tissue, inserts and other accessories are not included but can be purchased separately from our site. However, if a box design comes with its own attached ribbon as part of the box itself, that ribbon will still be there.

*We offer free UK next working day delivery for all orders weighing under 60kg. For orders over 60kg, additional shipping charges will apply and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day for most of orders. Wholesale orders may require 1–2 working days for processing.

For bespoke packaging, we ship worldwide. Unless instructed otherwise, all quotes include delivered prices, covering:

Stock Items
Stock items are shipped via a range of trusted couriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please allow 1–2 working days to process wholesale orders before dispatch.
Courier Services by Region
UK Deliveries: We work with Royal Mail, Parcelforce and other couriers for national coverage. For European shipments, we have partners with Parcelforce, DHL, TNT, and DPD. Consignments exceeding 15 large cartons will be palletised and sent on a 2–3 day service.
