Size of tin : L88 x W60 x H18(mm)
This range of rectangular tins come with various lid types and colours to choose from. They are coated with food safe lacquer which are suitable for products from cosmetics such as toothpaste and soap to sweets and food. It is also perfect to use as basic storage containers for small items you own within your home or garage, and can be decorated with a ribbon to look as a gift tin container.
We supply a large range of sizes and shapes & colours tin boxes in stock with logo/ branding/image printing. Inserts can be customized with foam, paperboard and plastic is also can be supplied.
- *Free UK next working day delivery is for orders weight below 60kg. There are extra shipping costs to be paid for order weight over 60kg, it will be calculated at check out.
- Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day. Wholesale orders need 1-2 working days to process*
For Bespoke packaging, we ship worldwide and please always quote a delivered price, unless specifically instructed otherwise. We organise all the transport and any importation, as well as handling all the documentation, insurance and customs clearance.
For Stock items, we delivery via a range of couriers. Shipping rate will be calculated on checkout. Please allow us 1-2 working days to process wholesale orders before dispatch.
For UK orders, we ship via a range of couriers. For Europe we ship via DHL,TNT, DPD. If your consignment exceeds 15 large cartons then this would be palletised and sent on a 2-3 day service. Please see below for delivery areas and pricing.

We will be able to print your design onto this tin as we have the available tin moulds for this specific tin. If the height of the tin is too high we will be able to reduce this if needed, however, the length and width cannot be adjusted. We have 3 available options for tin full customisation with different order quantities.
Option 1- Personalised Printing on Our Off-the-shelf Tins
We can print your logo or design on a flat lid or base, not inside or side.
It will be printed by screen printing or UV flat printing depending on the artwork in single or full colour.
Leadtime is 15-20 working days after the artwork is confirmed. Contact us if you need to place an urgent order.
MOQ is 100pcs. If the order quantity is more than 3000 pieces, you may consider our option 2.

Option 2 - Fully Customised Printing ( CMYK offset printing)
We also have CMYK offset printing as an option, the process of this print is that the artwork will be directly printed onto a sheet of tin plate first and then we transform it into tins by using our existing moulds. The whole tin box can be printed from inside and out as required with CMYK offset printing.
MOQ is 3000 pcs by using CMYK offset printing. If MOQ is unachievable, you may consider option 1 (Printing on off the shelf tins) or option 3 (Group buying)

Option 3 - Fully Customised Printing ( CMYK offset printing) with 'Group Buying'
We understand how difficult it can be to achieve an MOQ of 3000pcs for option 2, and it may not be realistic for certain projects. Therefore, we have come up with a solution and that is the group buying method where you can achieve the MOQ with other clients together. For example, there are 3 clients who want CMYK printing with their own artwork onto the same tins, then with the group buying solution, each client would only need to to order 800-1000pcs rather than 3000pcs on their own.
This option is to help clients who need fully customised printing with smaller order quantity and lower costs.
It might take longer than option 2 as we need to wait for clients' orders to achieve the total MOQ.
How it works:

There will be a specific MOQ and tin mould for group printing. So if the total MOQ is 3000pcs for CMYK printing and your order quantity is 800pcs, then we will wait for 2200pcs from other clients to be ordered. As soon as 3000pcs is reached, we will send the quotation for each client in this group.
